Grand old place in need of a big clean, but absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff were fantastic; friendly and helpful. The dining room and food stations were unbelievable. A pianist was playing during dinner. It was amazing. Nice hot Onsen too. One was outside overlooking the ocean. Very special. I loved that I could have the window open. The room was so spacious and the view was incredible.

うーん。
館内がさむい。 部屋に補充するバスタオルとかお菓子や歯磨きが廊下に24時間そのまま置いてあるのはよくないとおもう。せっかく来てるこちらもなえるしもしお菓子に何がいたずらされたらどーするんだろうとおもってました。 2回目の利用でしたけど、がっかりすることが多かったです。 朝風呂も内風呂がつかえなくて狭い外だけで混んでるし、これでこの価格はちょっとないです。

除了花火是值得讚揚，房間騙圖效果非常了得！一打開房門卻發現房間是三尖八角
整間酒店偏舊，房內牆身全是水積凹凸不平，水龍頭有水垢積累，只有Lobby 較新。用餐的地方很大像表演聽還有現場鋼琴彈奏，但裝修仍是很古舊，食品種類很多，但一點水準都沒有，在日本第一次食到咬不開的牛。熱盤都是凍冰冰的。溫泉有三個選擇，但都不太舒服，使用人數太多，沖身的位置也要輪候，詢問職員是否可以看到日出？回覆-在房間時看不到日出，那我就不用費心了。結果在我差不多天亮的時候從房內的窗看出去便能看到日出了好，可惜已錯過了最佳觀賞時候。

初めての赤ちゃん連れ旅行で利用した。館内は広々としていて、部屋から食事や大浴場への移動は少し大変だが、昭和レトロ感があり、食事、風呂共に種類豊富で色々楽しめた。 子供がもっと大きくなったら、喜ぶだろうなと感じた。

普段の旅行は素泊まりビジネスホテル系が多いので、ホテルの歴史を感じられ新鮮でした。所々古さを感じますが、清潔感があり今日まで使えるように維持されていて凄いです。小さい子供を連れていても広いためのびのびと歩けて良かったです。

良かった
昭和レトロなホテルですが、快適に過ごせる工夫が随所にありました。ホライゾンに泊まりましたが、お散歩が楽しかったです。夕飯、朝食のバイキングは広々した会場でピアノ演奏もあり楽しく美味しく頂きました。ゲームセンターやカラオケがあったりでホテル内で楽しむことが出来ます。温泉も色々あり良かったです。

外観は少し年季が入っている感じでしたが、館内は綺麗でした！ 子供も飽きないようなゲームセンターや大人が楽しめる缶詰め飲み場など色々とリニューアルしていて楽しかったです。 アメニティも揃っており、備え付けのシャンプーなども良かったです。 お部屋からは海が見え、朝は最高の景色を見れました！ 食事は晩御飯と朝食共にビュッフェで食べ放題。美味しかったです。 77歳80歳の両親と伺いましたが、温泉も食事も満足と話してました。 また家族で伺いたいホテルでした！
