The property was a great location to shopping, restaurants, highway and most of all family. My stay was excellent and impressed with the cleaniness. The staff was very friendly in making sure everything was alright throughout my stay.

Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. However, a storm knocked out power at 1:00 in the morning and was still out upon checkout at 10:00 am. Our room was too warm, showers were cold and there was no coffee or breakfast. We understand that it’s not the hotel staff’s fault that they lost power, but when we asked if we could get a “partial” refund for our stay, we were told it was not likely, but they may be able to give us some points which we don’t want or need.

worst place to stay, staff was extremely rude, no power in hotel for 13 hours and still not on when we left in the morning. no lights, literally had to walk down a pitch black staircase, no ac in room, everything i had in fridge went bad, lady at the front desk was so rude to guests when she got the question are they working on restoring the power. just overall the worst hotel
