Great hotel, location is great. It’s located in downtown. You can walk around and find little stores to buy souvenirs which is way cheaper than the tour places. The breakfast was great, many variety of food. The employees are very friendly.

Very convenient place to stay in Foz do Iguacu. The hotel was comfortable with good air-conditioning but also windows that opened.
The room had plenty of space and light.
The breakfast was plentiful with lots of good choices, I particularly liked the banana with cinnamon.

The hotel is a little tired, a little beat up. But the staff was great, the pool area fantastic, the breakfast varied and plentiful. The neighborhood is a little grubby too, but 2 blocks over in most directions are good restaurants.

Older building, but kept very clean. The room had snacks and drinks that you could pay for. The prices were reasonable
What I really appreciated was the housekeeper was honest, she didn’t take any snacks and say we used it. That happened to us in Ecuador. The free breakfast was excellent, large variety of stuff. Price of room with the breakfast was very reasonable. Mall nearby.

This property has large and comfortable bedrooms. They were very clean at arrival and hotel personnel kept it clean during my stay. Breakfast was included a large variety of food. They have a convention center that we used for a conference and it was well equiped. Finally, room rates were surprisingly low for this type of hotel. I stayed at the beginning of November. I do not know if this was low season, but it was very convenient, as I stayed for several days.

In we’re very pleasant . They made arrangement to visit the falls . Spectacular falls. The property was clean and the room had everything in working order . The buffet was vey good . The pools were great especially the indoor one. They have a game room great for the young ones. I had a great Stu . Thank you

This spot is old and a little run down, we had one bed which seemed to be 2 twins pushed together but there wasn’t a fitted sheet that would fit them so there was a flat sheet over top and you could see the bare mattress underneath, when you shifted in the night the sheet would move around. The front desk staff were friendly.

the hotel never answered my messages via the app, but instead systematically sent me advertising over the Expedia messaging system nearly every day (no way to report this on Expedia). this hotel had probably better days: facilities are very well worn out and need refurbishing. beds were ok, hot water and pressure ok but shower head was broken. breakfast was very generous. staff super friendly, in spite of the language barrier. friendly restaurant next door. not much to do in the city. hotel is around 500m away from the international bus terminal

This hotel had a good breakfast and pool, and the location is central with a lot of things nearby. But the elevators were bad. There are 3, but only two were working, and they were small, only about 4-6 people could fit, less if you had luggage. Unless you are prepared to walk up and down to your floor, or wait a long time for an empty elevator, I would skip this hotel.

A estrutura do hotel é antiga e teve uma manutenção deficiente ao longo do tempo além disso erros de projeto trazem grandes dificuldades quando a ocupação está alta, os elevadores não atendem a demanda o que leva a longas esperas, o café da manhã é abundante mas peça na qualidade.
