Experiência incrível. O hotel é excepcional, muito limpo, silencioso, com um excelente café da manhã, quarto e banheiro gigantes. Quando cheguei no hotel estava rolando um evento de Páscoa para as crianças totalmente grátis e minha filha adorou. Toda vez que voltar a Campos dos Goytacazes ficarei hospedado no Tulip Inn Hotel.

A Estadia foi de razoavel para ruim. Pelo valor da diaria, espera muito mais. O box do banheiro tinha limo nos rejuntes dos azulejos e ralo; as toalhas antigas, estavam encardidas, assim como a roupa de cama. No cafe da manhã, havia muitas moscas, inclusive sobre os alimentos e era perceptível a falta de limpeza nos cantos do restaurante. Quanto a manutenção, tambem requer atenção. No quarto as paredes e rodapes precisam de conservação, alguns moveis estão desgastados, o assento da bacia sanitaria não encaixava pois era quadrado e a bacia, redonda.

Instalações em geral precisam de manutenção. Limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. Café da manhã correto, nada excepcional. Boa localização. Almoço e jantar no restaurante deliciosos. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.
