Rapid Massage has 6 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa. Other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages and sports massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, Ayurvedic and hydrotherapy. The spa is equipped with a mud bath, a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room and Turkish bath/hammam. The spa is open daily. Children under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 14 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Public bath/onsen services include an indoor public bath, an indoor mineral hot spring (onsen) and a yukata (Japanese robe). These services feature shared men's and women's areas. The ryokan bathing area is open 24 hours a day. There are 3 hot springs open between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Lovely EPS Cafe – This beachfront café specialises in Chinese cuisine and serves brunch, lunch, dinner and light fare. Guests can order drinks at the bar and enjoy al fresco dining (weather permitting). 2-star Michelin rating. Happy hour is offered. Open 24 hours. Reservations are required.
