Very dirty toilet when I checked in. Asked them to clean when I was stepping out, but they didn't. Changed the room, again the same thing.. Cleaner came with a rag, touched the dirty places with her bare hands and just rubbed as if she was cleaning. DisgustingNever going there again.

Location is away from city center, so it is quieter. Walking distance (up and down hill) to bus stations and metro. Walking distance from some shopping and restaurants. Generally-a great stay and intend to come again in a few months!

The first night the AC was set for heating. Even after switching it off, and opening the window, the temperature at the room was 25.5 Celsius. Moreover, some of the lights in the room couldn't be turned off. Ultimately, I could barely sleep. Ilkay Bey at the reception changed my room for the second night and I had a good sleep.

Stayed 2 nights- at first took more than one hour to check in- hotel did not received our booking info, the first night was okey - but second night it was very noisy - laud music- laud punching and ..made several complain to hotel reception from 10 pm to 4 AM , was the most terrible and unpleasant time - couldn't sleep whole night Also even we put dont disturb sign-on door- about 5 pm room service just opened the door without any knocking on door - I ve been traveling with my mom- just imagine if it was a couple in the room !!!!!!! Lightening in the room was terrible. I had to call tech guy to turn off the lights. He punched the electric box a couple of times to fix the problem. It was the same thing in the morning. Terrible!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park.

28 degrees in the rooms

Its a nice hotel in a very busy area. Most things were fine apart from my hotel room was 28 degrees almost the whole time. Day and night. They have floor heating which could not be turned off. AC cooling not possible i march. This could have been fixed with setting up a fan in my room.... but this was not possible they said.. and if the any of these technicians sent had a key to open the window properly. Ended up switching hotels to cheaper option and there it was no problem to setup a fan and open windows basic service if the rooms are that hot imo. Also i dont recommend the breakfast.
