Pretty rough
Stayed 2 nights they did not clean my room and had to be called back to make the bed. They took 4 times the accommodation. The TV was buggy and Glitchy. Probably won't stay again. The bathroom window was not private enough and had no curtain. The room was cold and the heater did not work. It looked like someone else had left their. ShamPoo and moisturizer in the shower and they left it for clients to use. When I needed a receipt when checking out, nobody was around to sort it

First impressions weren't great on arrival, the front lawns were overgrown, mail was falling out of the letterbox, exterior bins were overflowing. There was insufficient cutlery and linen, and they curtain track had come away from the wall at one end so you had to be very careful when opening and closing the curtain. It also appears the office is not manned, as there was no one on site when we arrived about 6:30pm or when we departed about 8am.

Hardly any utensils.( 2 knives, one fork, 2 spoons) Cupboard doors wonky. No WiFi? The grounds were not tidy. Gardens and grassed areas had not been cut for months. The main manager was always helpful but generally others not professional.
