We went on the cheap as we were only going to be there for 7 hours. It was what we expected, pictures always look better. They have a nice free breakfast and it was close to bus station we were leaving from the next morning.

Eu diria que gostei bastante do hotel
A localização é tranquila e segura, mas está distância de quase tudo, se você estiver sem carro, é obrigado a pegar carro de aplicativo ou táxi para qualquer deslocamento, para mim não foi problema porque estava com carro próprio
É praticamente impossível chegar a qualquer lugar caminhando pois é um local meio deserto, longe de tudo, de serviços de lojas de qualquer coisa
O quarto é muito limpo e confortável
A equipe de funcionário é muito prestativa, particularmente a recepcionista Rose é muito gentil e me recepcionou de forma bem profissional, nota 10 para a Rose
Infelizmente houve um problema no elevador no domingo 22/03/26, o quê levou a um certo transtorno nos horários de pico, pois havia uma peça que estava em falta e pela quantidade de hóspedes e um elevador apenas ficou insuficiente, sempre estava congestionado para tudo, inclusive para levar os "carrinhos" das pessoas que estavam trabalhando na governança para fazer a limpeza dos quartos
O café da manhã é muito variado e muito saboroso, não é alto luxo, alta gastronomia, mas é muito satisfatório, frutas doces e variadas, o ovo infelizmente não sabem fritar, entregam queimado, no entanto nada é perfeito nesse mundo mesmo, no mais eu achei tudo muito agradável e principalmente o custo benefício
Voltarei outras vezes

RECLAMAÇÃO: O quarto estava com cheiro de morfo; passei 3 diária e várias vezes tive que descer e subir pelas escadas, por que só tinha um elevador funcionando; durante todas a minha estadia, sólicitei todos os dias um tapete para o chão do banheiro e não fui atendido, todas vez que tomavamos banho ficava uma meleira o chão do apto; a lixeira do banheiro não possui tampa, isso é terrível.
ELOGIO: Café da manhã com boas variedades de alimentos e bebidas, com o refeitorio bem organizado e limpo; Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos; localização muito boa.

O quarto estava limpo, mas a cortina era curta pra janela então 05h da manhã o quarto já estava todo claro dificultando o sono, o barulho externo de motos, buzina, escola também não ajudaram.
O café da manhã é muito fraco, só tinha bolo e pão, nada mais, até fruta tava escassa. Pra mim, é a pior coisa da rede de Andrade, o péssimo café da manhã.
O ar condicionado gelava bem.
Tinha uma atendente bem atenciosa(não sei o nome) os outros eram ok.
O problema estava mesmo na claridade e zuada atrapalhando o sono e claro, o tenebroso café da manhã.

Equipe 10, sempre ponta a sanar quaisquer dificuldades. Tive problema com ar condicionado do quarto e tive que trocar, me parece que a manutenção deixa a desejar. Café sem muitas opções, mais a equipe da cozinha muito simpática e proativa tudo perfeito na medida do possível.
