The room was modern and we'll maintained. The mattress was very comfortable. The check in process is kiosk driven in the afternoon which was seamless. I'm surprised the front desk is staffed in the morning vs afternoon as the check in process is more challenging than check out. Also would be great if the check in process was better explained upfront and in English for non Germans as all correspondence was in German.

Wir wurden direkt freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles wichtige erklärt. Unser Zimmer war schön warm und hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fernsehturm und den Garten des Hotels. Alle Ziele die für uns interessant waren, haben wir aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichen können. Das Bett war schön weich, dadurch haben wir uns nach einem langen Tag sehr gut erholen können.
