Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.

The room was huge and clean. There furniture was modern, too modern minimalist for my taste, no drawers, wardrobe. No shampoo in the shower and only one hand towel for the two of us. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very good.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in resolving our issues, but none of them spoke English, so we had to rely on translation apps. The bathroom facilities are somewhat outdated, and the number of towels provided was limited. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

Can’t park in front of the hotel to do check in. Garage elevator do not take you to the hotel lobby. Need to walk thru business and restaurants with luggage to access hotel lobby and elevators to go to the your room. Very Inconvenient.

As acomodações são razoáveis. A cama estava bastante afundada e a coberta estava com algumas manchas. Os cantos atrás da cama e do lado da privada, no banheiro, estavam com um pouco de mofo. A descarga da privada não estava funcionando direito e o apartamento de cima do meu quarto parecia estar com o mesmo problema: a água da descarga não tinha pressão e a caixa d'água demorava para encher novamente. Era possível escutar por vários minutos o barulho de água. O ar condicionado também não estava funcionando bem, embora tenha "quebrado o galho". O café da manhã é bom, tem bastante variedade. A lanchonete do hotel é muito boa também. Todos os funcionários foram bem prestativos e, de modo geral, fui bem atendida.
