I requested my refund already idk why I didn't get my refund yet? That was a horrible experience, as soon as I got there the front desk call the Police on me saying that I have blood on n my back pack. Then the police when to my room to talk to me. Idk why they did this but this is unacceptable. This is not a professional behavior. The Police left saying don't worry everything is ok. Then immediately I left this hotel. Then the time I was there was like forty minutes. Please Hotels.con I am waiting for my refund ASAP Thanks.
