Room was clean and comfortable. However, the parking situation is atrocious. There is nowhere near enough parking for the number of units. We paid for parking, then went to dinner. When we returned, there was nowhere for us to park and we had to go find another lot and Uber back.

They cancelled my reservation. They somehow had me checking in a day earlier on Friday even though my email confirmation shows me checking in on Saturday. It’s one guy sitting in a hallway with a rolling chair and they told me they had no rooms available even though my reservation was for the next day. Didn’t offer to work something out or call anyone even though it was their fault. The parking is ridiculous. Over 100 units and space for maybe a 1/3 of that. I’d recommend just staying at a real hotel with an actual front counter that can take care of any issues.

The room was very clean, and check in was easy. The only down part to the stay was we were charged $58 to park for two nights. As this was not listed on hotels.com and the owner wasn’t going to credit us back for it. Parking was not great, once you left at night, you would come back to find no where to park and you had to park down the street and walk.:( why did I pay for parking, to have no parking? That was the only negative thing. It’s in a great location easy to access the city. We took lime scooters and had a lot of fun! The room was fully equipped with everything you needed, soaps, to bathroom, toiletries, laundry soap, paper towels, pots and pans etc. we would stay again, and we would be prepared to pay for the parking. We think had we known we would not have been so upset over it. The bed was comfy, the living room was bright and inviting, the bathroom was clean and nice and had room for extra guess with a roll away bed.
