They had everything under control. The hotel did a great job of picking us up from the airport and taking care of us until we checked in. Our rooms were ready when we arrived, and everything was spotless and well prepared. In the morning, the owner personally served us breakfast and provided excellent, friendly service. We were only staying for one night before continuing our journey, and it was the perfect choice for an overnight stay. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the airport.

We stayed only one night due to an early flight, so we could not fully take advantage of the beauty of this boutique hotel, especially its spacious rooms, pool, and well-designed terraces. Having said that, it was indeed due to the proximity to the airport; otherwise, the hotel is not in such a great location for getting into the old town of Marrakech. The staff were so nice and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. An A+. For those who take a taxi from the airport using a ticket from the taxi booth: be careful that they do not enter the address as "Atlas Golf", as the driver will then take you to the golf course (near, but not the same).

Staff cannot do enough to ensure comfort and calm. Sourced onwards taxi quote and drew me a map to local shop! Room absolutely spotless - fantastic nights sleep. Prepared a tasty omelette when my incoming friend’s plane was delayed and she reached hotel later than expected. Gorgeous sofas and marquetry in reception area.

Room was very beautiful. Actual name of hotel is Riad Airport Marrakesh not RAM and the directions say the RAM hotel is next to this one when it is actually the same. We had no hot water for a shower in the morning and no lights in the hallways or stairs so difficult to maneuver suitcases. Also description says there is an airport shuttle but there is not one - they arrange a taxi you pay for.

Notre trop court séjour à l'hôtel boutique RAM a été des plus agréables. Nous avons été accueillis avec sollicitude. L'endroit était magnifique, tout comme notre chambre et les autres pièces de la maison/hôtel. La nuit passée à l'hôtel nous a permis de nous reposer dans le calme après plusieurs jours à bourlinguer dans différentes villes au Maroc. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner nous a été servi avec courtoisie, et il était délicieux. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel.
