I enjoyed my stay un general, but they were a few things that felt wrong. The day before our departure, I asked if I could use the pool. The receptionnist said no, because there was too much people at the moment. I asked her when can I come again for reservation. She said the pool will be-closed at noon and would reopen at 15h…. My german friend was there with is 2 kids. I witnessed a total of 3 people in the pool and it didnt close at noon … I strongly disliked being given wrong information. The Bar and the security staff were 1000% amazing. We got impeccable service. Finally the room was spacious, clean and we got good AC.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and bad breakfast

The stay was good, rooms are clean, well ventilated and A/C system is working perfect. The only issue - bathroom is without door, this might be an issue if you are travellimg with family. Breakfast was the worst part of the hotel, they could and probably must offer a decent breakfast for the price they charge for rooms.

I didn’t know what to expect but I must say I greatly enjoyed my stay. Miguel at the bar was so nice. The staff was great and I will definitely stay again. I do recommend renting a car since it is about 20 minutes outside of Duomo and 30-40 minutes away from the airport. The Ubers can get a little pricey
