The suite was perfectly comfortable for 5 adults. The photos on hotels.com weren’t clear about the room plan but it had a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed. a large dining room table and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included (7am-10am). The choices were okay but there were considerable fewer options on Monday then in the weekend.

There is nothing not to like! A beautiful area with lots of great roads and trails for walking, hiking, cycling and mountain biking. The breakfast was also excellent, rooms were well laid out, we had the kitchenette so prepared most of our meals in our room. There’s a pool, hot tub and a sauna, with fire tables at night. There’s also a gym which we took advantage of. There is washers/dryers near the gym area as well as a pool table and okay area inside for the little ones. I would definitely go back!!!

Loved this hotel. It’s new and very clean. The ensuite kitchen was great for snacks and easy lunches. I would suggest a glass casserole dish for the microwave. Table and chairs allowed us to play cards in the evening in the room. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Heated outdoor pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Breakfast was good. It was very busy at 8:30 so we had to wait for plates and cutlery but the food was good. There were no gluten free options other than yogurt. Located at the base of the ski hill it was very convenient to leave the car parked for our stay. With lots to do, we will return in the summer and again next winter.

All the staff I interacted with were outstanding, and the hotel itself is quite nice. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety and is more than just a typical continental breakfast. However, there were two downsides to our stay. Firstly, the restaurant on the first floor played very loud music that could be heard from our room all day long, often until about 10 or 10:30 PM. We were on the fourth floor, and it felt like we were staying right on top of a club—the music was that loud. The restaurant I’m referring to with the loud music has both indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor section located right next to the pool and hot tub area, which also played its own music. This meant we were dealing with two different types of music playing simultaneously, which was quite annoying. The second issue that bothered us was that the pool, hot tub, and sauna all closed at 10 PM, which felt early, especially with no lifeguard on duty at any point. Additionally, our checkout time was at 11 AM, but at 10:50 AM, our keys no longer worked, leaving us locked out of our room while we were trying to load up the car—just 10 minutes before checkout.

The property was very beautiful, excellent and clean areas, pool and other areas were well maintained. The room was clean and the kitchen really gave us the possibility to cook for our kids during the day, all pots and pans were there. The breakfast is good, but I would add a little more choice and one or two more waffle makers, as the line tends to get long and it takes a while to make those. The service in the restaurant was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly.
