A very centrally located and safe place, just a short walk from the Duomo di Milano. It’s also very close to metro stations, making it easy and convenient to get around Milan.

The room was new and clean and nice. All the facilities worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was that the thermostat in the room kept saying 24C even though we tried to set it to 20. It never cooled down enough. We weren’t hot but it could have been cooler.

Nice spot to stay in Milan, clean and central. Would stay there agan. Just a minute from the metro at Missori. A bit difficult to find the entrance.

Very centrally located to Duomo area. Lovely large room. Figuring out the logistics is a little different if you are used to a regular hotel room but once you understand it, works well.

Location was great to where we needed to be. Room was clean and really nice bathroom. Only issue was that it was a bit noisy as many trams ran by this location. I sleep with a white noise machine and I was still able to hear it.

I was basically satisfied with my stay. But loved the staff. They could not have been more helpful, polite and accommodating. While it was not fancy nor necessarily attractive, the hotel was clean- which is most important in this world of germs and viruses. The another aspect that was important was it's central location. Its was only blocks from DUMOU. I would indeed return if I were in Milian. The price point was also good given the surrounding hotels.

Well stocked bathroom - shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush & paste, shaving kit and hairdryer! Complimentary cold water was very welcomed! Coffee machine wasn’t the greatest and no milk supplied for tea, but this wasn’t a huge deal. Fab location to base yourself to explore Milan. Excellent service and communication about check in and accessing the building.

Great location, helpful staff although a bit complicated to check in after hours. Room facing the tram line, noise not possible to be blocked by insulated window. Good value for money

Great location -- the check in process was confusing. Since there is no lobby there needs to be better communication of how it all works before. I was unable to open the link to the pre-registration and asked for help but didn't get a response. Ended up ok and enjoyed staying there
