Older hotel, but nice staff who were very helpful and dropped off some amenities for me during my stay. Convenient location, about 10 minutes walk to the train station.

About a 12mins bus trip from the central station. Spacious room. Hot shower. Good for decent nights sleep. Basic and simple room but does the job. Main guy could be more welcoming.

Front desk clerk very helpful and even saved us from a rainstorm

Room was ok and served by a lift. The receptionist (on the day I was there) could be more patient though. He didn't allow me to park my car near the building entrance so that I could easier unload my baggage. He said it's for staff only. Unusual for a service facility to reserve the best parking spots for employees.

Old building. Good staff. Less bathroom assesories. Asked staff for freshenup room as awake late, no one gave the room afresh look. Overall good but these factors.

We had a member of our group have an accident and we could not make it to our originally scheduled hotel in Zurich, so we got this hotel in Interlaken last minute. The manager Altus to come later because we were still at the hospital until after 11. I am so grateful to him for staying up to accommodate us!

Bagajımı emanet bırakmak istedim sadece 2 saat bırakacağımı söylediler. Bu iyi değildi. Zaten check out saati diğer otellerde 12 olmasına rağmen kendilerinde 11 valizimi bırakıp başka otele geçmeden gezebilirdim ama programım aksadı. Otel eski içeri kapalı olunca aşırı koku vardı camları açınca gitti ama . Tek kişiydi 4 kişilik oda verilmişti. Benim için yeterliydi
