Excellent stay!!!
We had a great memorable stay in the hotel. The breakfast is mind blowing. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The breakfast had things like chicken sausages and hot sauces which was so yummy. I would definitely stay here if I come to Interlaken again.

Overall great stay except for long waiting time
Hotel is great with good view and restaurant. A bit far from the station but acceptable and within expectation. However, always nobody in the reception counter. Staffs are in the room or on the phone and no one to serve the customer. You have to expect to wait and spare extra time for check in and check out. But the staffs are nice.
