"Rugs smelled like cigars everywhere Access to the pool area was overtaken by events in which i was unable to enjoy my stay. Everyone was smoking cigars I was given a room with a wall for a view. Horrible. the eggs at breakfast need to be cooked better and they should have more meat options especially since we were in dominican republic I requested three diffferent appetizers and none were available to me. I had to end up going out to eat. This is the second Hilton i have stayed in Santiago and sadly i would not return to neither one of them. "
