ACRO Upscale Residences

Checking in was a bit of a hassle, but this was because hotels.com not communicating contact information and was resolved quickly."

The Grove Seaside Hotel
"We stayed at The Grove Seaside Hotel for five full days and six nights, booking two garden-view rooms, and were absolutely happy with our stay. Some reviewers complain that the bathrooms are “dated,” but I honestly disagree. They were clean, everything worked as it should, and that is what truly matters. Nothing felt substandard. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the balconies small but neat and practical, with folding clothes dryers attached to the wall. The air conditioners were quiet, modern and very effective. The room-cleaning service was AMAZING, and the hotel staff were exceptional. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful and caring. I have travelled throughout Europe, North America and the Caribbean, and rarely experienced this level of support. They truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to help. The beach was never overcrowded, and we could always find plenty of space regardless of the time of day. The water was always clean, even during stormy weather - a stark contrast to other beaches we visited, where there was a lot of seaweed. The location is excellent for visiting Nafplion, Tiryns, Mycenae and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. Nearby Vivari also has excellent seafood restaurants - we had an amazing dinner at Borelli. The hotel restaurant was GREAT too. We had breakfasts, lunches and dinners there and enjoyed them all. A lovely place, absolutely worth the money. We would return with zero hesitation and highly recommend it."
