"The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the London Eye & Palace of Westminster. The hotel is huge & very clean. It also serves a very good breakfast & has 2 restaurants on site. My only complaint is that the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. It was an inconvenience for us."

"We celebrated my partner's birthday, we had a room overlooking the park which was breathtaking, the room was modern and clean, what you expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff ww met were kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast, delicious food. Overall, the service was outstanding! While we were there we booked another weekend stay."
