Staff never available. Poor communication. Rooms have mold, no hot water, terrible bed, scant furniture, room tiny. Bathroom discusting with mold, poor plumbing leaking water onto floor, no hot or even warm water, limited towel/1 pat of soap/1 tiny bottle shampoo for 2+ weeks. Two sick dogs, both hobbling on 3 legs, feces all through yard on path to pool. No one around ever...except to collect $.
