Perfect location - ideal for a short Oslo trip
Very good located in the centre of Oslo, just in front of the cathedral. It is not the most luxurious hotel, but it offers a good option for a few days in Oslo without stressing the wallet too much. My room was simple, but good equipped, the most important thing was that it was very quiet!!

Nice hotel in the center of Oslo, really close to the central station (5min walk). Room was ok, a bit could but easy adjusted with the thermostat. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t say anything about the food or services in the restaurant.

The room was too cold! But the staff was very helpful and nice. They even offer a “breakfast to go” if your flight leaves earlier and have no time to wait for the opening of the breakfast buffet. Downside: you have to go grab towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. by yourself in the front desk. There is no cleaning service everyday. In general, the location was perfect and the hotel staff was very helpful.

Overall good value for money
The room was very small indeed, for a short stay and traveling with rucksacks only you could manage. The breakfast was quite impressive, I would enjoy having more pastries though , especially some local ones, there were only small croissants which were very tasty but as I said I would be happy with some Norwegian pastries. The coffee was absolutely horrible, there’s no proper coffee machine at breakfast only their own batch brew coffee which is bad. Other than that the breakfast was really good, plenty of choice with fresh vegetables and fruits. It’s also nice there’s a possibility of having hot tea as there’s a facility for that by the reception. The location of the hotel is perfect and our room was quiet- I asked for a quiet room when booking.

Would not recommend
This was not a good stay for me. I went to bed at 22.00 and I had to go down to the reception 23.00 because the room was so cold. The reception said that they could see that my room was 14 degrees and then gave me a fan. The whole night has been horrible, the fan made the room into a sauna och then when turned off it was like sleeping outside. The air also got very dry and I spent the night coughing. I would not recommend this hotel, if I had worked in reception and seen that someone has 14 degrees in their room I would have offered them a new room- I paid full price 1400 SEK for the room. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Fint helgeopphold, supersentralt, glimrende service, nydelig med utsjekk kl 18 søndag. Tok ikke det minste dobbelt rom for å ha et sted å sitte, men det var bare en god stol på rommet.
