We only stayed one night. The hotel was well maintained if a little dated. It's clean, the staff was helpful, ample parking and within a short driving distance from a lot of food options.

6/10 Good

Bed was comfortable, no blackout curtains in the room, loud street and just a basic hotel. Must have gotten different staff then the other reviews as I found the staff a grumpy and not friendly at all.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy check in. No outside space and our balcony door was locked. It felt a bit claustrophobic. Bedding was subpar. Access to freeway was great!

Very clean, room smelled great. I felt comfortable. Plenty of parking.

6/10 Good

Attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean bed/linens. Could use a thicker/larger towel, but at least they were clean and new. Parking lot was full, and I am glad I was able to park on the only spot outside the gate overnight. There was no iron in the room, but I was able to borrow one from the front desk easily. No breakfast onsite, but a small coffee machine in the room, alongside a microwave oven.

8/10 Very good

The room was large and clean and had everything you’d expect, with the bonus of a fridge and microwave. The property is right next to the freeway and the soundproofing isn’t great either inside or out, so it was a little noisy. Earplugs remedied the situation. The shower got plenty hot, but the water pressure is eh. All in all, an adequate stay, if not mind-blowing.

Decent room, good value.

10/10 Exceptional

Very comfortable bedding and pillows, the private balcony was wonderful to sit on and left alone. The only one demerit is there are no vending machines, the closest place at night time is a mile away. So, plan ahead if you want sodas or water in your room

Friendly staff and clean rooms, not the best area around the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay during BottleRock! Basic amenities, reasonably priced, no issues with finding a parking spot. Room clean but can hear freeway noise. FYI: when asking for new towels need to trade in used ones. Other than that had a nice weekend.

I didn’t have issues with parking myself. There was always a spot. The staff was excellent and very friendly and kind. I felt safe there.

Parking was not the best but it’s behind the secure gate so it feels safe. Room is decent size and feels clean.
