Such an amazing hotel. The room was stunning, spacious and spotless with an incredibly comfortable bed. The hotel is very central which made popping back during the day so simple between sight seeing. All of the staff were lovely, and helped us before arrival with the locations for different parking options. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Bruges in future :)

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time in Bruges and at Hotel Lucca. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room lovely and spacious. We had a small minibar fridge and were located on the 1st floor. The hotel is a boutique, renovated 14th century building with 3 levels (no lift). There was no parking (fine for us as we don’t have a car) but there is a parking station about 100m away. The area is very walkable so no car needed and there is a bus stop about 200m away. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Bruges.

My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel Lucca and would 100% recommend and stay there again. Location-wise it is fab - just a few minutes walk to the main square but in a very quiet area so no noise disturbance at night. We were able to park in the car park on the same street and it was just over £50 to park for 3 nights. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - they offered to change our room on arrival when I said I'd hurt my back so I didn't have 2 flights of stairs to climb. They also provided us with recommendations of where to go sightseeing and for food. Our room was huge, very clean, with a really comfy bed, huge windows and tea/coffee provisions. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked very nice and seemed popular. The only minor thing was that the bar wasn't open whilst we were there, so we couldn't just come back and enjoy a drink at the hotel - but it looked nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed in the Historic room on the ground floor. Beautifully designed with the old brickwork complementing the modern touches. The room had its own door to the street which was convenient. We had a nice breakfast in the dining room which had the same styling. I would recommend this hotel. It is a five minute walk from the main square in a quieter part of town. Exceedingly helpful staff. Called and made reservations for us, and also did laundry. Room was spacious and clean with 10+ foot ceilings. Great location. Down sides were that no facial tissue was stocked, no in room safe, and the wall dispensers for soap were mounted squeeze bottles that required two hands to operate.

3 upsides...location removed from the Markt plaza noise and bustle; still very close and direct to some nice restaurant choices and sights; staff is very quick and helpful.....3 downsides, room to room and car noise could be better acoustically; no step in shower in our room only a high tub edge; limited individualized temp control of our room due to system design.
