Wonderful stay at Casselbergh. Excellent location right in the Centre of Bruges. Luxury grand hotel with wonderful bar rooms and spacious comfortable rooms. Great breakfast selection. Can fully recommend Cesselbergh for a memorable stay.
We were,in fact, upgraded to Duke Palace as Castellbergh was closing due to covid5
Charming hotel in a perfect location. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Our canal view room was very equipped, spacious and very clean. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Very good 1-night experience at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Very conveniently located - highly recommended.
This friendly well-appointed hotel is ideally situated right in the historical centre of Bruges. The furnishings are both grand and exquisite, the rooms large and comfortable and the staff are well trained, helpful and friendly. Breakfast foods are plentiful and very high quality. There is no dinner option in the hotel, but there are numerous quality options on the doorstep. Prices are surprisingly competitive for such a magnificent hotel.
This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful and very historic building which once housed the court of the exiled King Charles II of Great Britain. It is in a very central location ideal for sightseeing, eating out and shopping. Yet our room facing the canal at the back was mostly incredibly quiet by day and night, even though the centre of Bruges was moderately bustling with tourists and locals. There was a lot of noise from the conversation of customers at the canal-side bar late one evening, but that could easily be shut out by closing the double-glazed window and using the very effective air-conditioning, and the problem didn't recur at any other time. The hotel was immaculately clean and in good order, as was our room every day, and there was a very clear and organised way of dealing with the effects of the current situation, especially the system used for the splendid breakfast buffet. The multilingual staff were always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again on a return trip to Bruges.
Perfect location soo close to city center, great to get up early in the morning to take photos of the scenic areas without all of the tourist
The rooms did not have good sound proofing. For such a standard, you would have expected a better overall experience
Lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean and quite. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable bed my only disappointment was the pillows too big and lumpy ( I am very fussy about pillows) would definitely stay here again and not hesitate to recommend.
I loved the breakfast because it has very fresh and a lot of different varieties buffet
