It's not a hotel. You check in to an adjacent building with no name. Then the guy takes you to other apt. Building. One small elevator to the 3rd floor. No sleeping here. Doors slamming. People yelling am hours. The worst part was he made me pay extra for air conditioning. They are thieves.
