It's an amazing place to holiday with dogs...so much to do and the community loves them! Don't miss the Botanic Gardens...beautiful story to it's set up.

Neighborhood and view was very good.
Property was dusty, plates and glass were not too clean.
It's good for one night stay without using any of those supplied.

Catfished.
Great location for the area. Nice hotel next door to soak up some alcohol to help put you to sleep due to the room.
The good - big TV, bed actually pretty comfortable.
The bad - It's like going on a tinder date with Scarlett Johansen but arriving and Rosie O'Donell is waiting. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures, they are extremely run down and dated. Luckily we were only here to attend a wedding.. a few other guests were staying here too and had the same experience, became abit of joke to be honest. I honestly dont know why the owner would do this to themselves. Rotting cupboards, sticky floors, mold on the roof over toilet and under the 1960s aircon unit.
Unfortunatly there isnt many options in the area so try and pick elsewhere. If this was like $60/night I wouldn't mind so much.
I would raise these points directly, it is a faceless check in and out.

Good location, but needs a lot of work.
Location is good, across the road from the river and short drive to ocean beaches. Units have been refreshed by the addition of some newer furniture, but the units need major updates to very old and poorly maintained facilities. We had the two bedroon unit at the front of the property which had heaps of space. Only had one air conditioner in one bedroome, with no air in living, kitchen or other bedroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom, and couldn't open the window. In contrast, you couldn't lock the window in one bedroom, leaving or the kitchen, leaving the room very unsecure.
Situated next door to the Shoalhaven Heads Hotel (but not managed by them anymore), you do get ambient noise coming from the outdoor dining area. There was a band playing on the Saturday night, however, they set up outside our bedroom window, so very noisy. (They were quite good, so I didn't mind so much, but others were trying to get some sleep).
If the new owners put in some care to upgrade kitchen, bathroom and general structure, this will be a phenominal property offering great comfort and location, but would only suit those not too fussy about where they stay.

For $197 per night per room it was definitely a rating at best 1 out of 5
It is old, stale and just very ordinary
$100 per night per room would be max
we would pay - We definitely will not be back

Property was so old and unclean it was and should be uninhabitable. Bed was good, pillows terrible. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Brown concrete floor was more like dirt

The room we were first allocated the aircon did not work. We then moved to another room which was just as dated as the first room. The drinking utensils were badly stained the air conditioner was noisy and also needed to be replaced. I would not recommend to waste your money here
