Exceptional service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made even better by the exceptional service from Chris at the front desk. From the moment we arrived—tired after a long flight—Chris went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even personally walked us to a nearby shop to help us get SIM cards, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and feels very fresh. Our upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Huge thanks to Chris for his kindness and professionalism. He truly made our experience special. Highly recommended!

I want to be nice- I really do-because they are trying--however it was not great. I found the room a bit run down and the first night I was there the room had a bad odor that only lasted a few hours thank goodness. The breakfast was not very good, but again, the young man working there was nice. The second morning I came for breakfast later And at least the mud like coffee was slightly warm. Other random food was at a temperature lower than seemed healthy. I will stay somewhere else when I come back. This was more inline with a $15-20 hotel in which case I would have no complaints (except the temporary bad odor). But calling itself "luxury" is setting people up to be disappointed.

Myror på rummet som fanns överallt på sakerna. Superskitit under sängen. När jag öppnade kylen hade de inte tömt från den som bodde där innan. Frukosten var inte bra. Väldigt bra läge men inte värt priset tyvärr.

Personalet var venlig og hjælpsom, men vores værelse var knap så godt. Vores værelse blev oplyst af lyset ude fra gangen uden mulighed for at kunne mørklægge rummet. Badeværelset havde mange små myrer ved håndvasken. Der manglede en skraber til at tørre gulvet. Blev vækket meget tideligt af køkkenet som lå på etagen over os. Der kom bank i gulvet derfra.
