Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi ancak odamızın ve banyonun fotoğraflarda gösterilenden çok daha küçük olduğunu belirtmek istedim. 3 kişi bir odada kalacak olmamız zaten odada sıkışacağımız anlamına gelirken beklentiden daha küçük olması moral bozdu. Havuz’un 10 da açılması ve Check out’un 12 de olması da anlamsızdı açıkçası, havuza giremeden çıkmak durumunda kaldık. Lokasyonu, manzarası ve çalışanları dışında pek memnun kalmadık maalesef.

Otelde konaklayan kişi sayısı az olduğu için restoran kapalıydı, ıssız bir yerde olduğu için sipariş verebileceğim hiçbir restoran da yoktu, gece aç kaldık. Odaya wifi çekmiyordu. Issız olduğu için telefon interneti/mobil veri de sıkıntılıydı. İnternetsiz de kaldık. Banyo eğimi bozuk olduğu için duşakabinde pis su kalıyor, gidere ulaşmıyordu. Temizlenemedik. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu. Lobiye ulaşamadık. Kahvaltıda yaz ayında olmamıza rağmen karpuz dahil hiçbir meyve yoktu. Tüm bunların yanında manzarası, rüzgar esinliği ve klima performansı şahaneydi. Dedeman'ın ismi Franchise olarak kullanılıyor çalışanlar yeni arkadaşlar ancak iyi niyetli ve çözüm odaklılar. Ancak otelde ciddi anlamda bir yönetim ve denetim boşluğu var. Konaklamamızda tura denk geldik gece 22.30'a kadar havuz etrafında gürültüden uyuyamadık kahvaltının biraz daha iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor.Şundan eminim otele iyi bir genel müdür ve gece müdürü lazım
