Esta es una opinión que debería tomarse en serio, especialmente porque soy cliente Platinum de Expedia/Hotels.com y nunca antes había tenido una experiencia como esta. Fue prácticamente imposible comunicarnos para hacer el check-in. Los números de teléfono que aparecen en la página no funcionan o ya no existen. Tuvimos que acercarnos antes al alojamiento y, por suerte, la señora de limpieza —la única persona amable que encontramos— nos ayudó a contactar con recepción. La administración es desastrosa: recibimos mensajes desde casi seis números distintos y el trato fue muy desagradable. Además, los departamentos estaban sucios y muy deteriorados. Faltaban artículos básicos, como papel higiénico y toallas; los cajones de las habitaciones estaban rotos y tenían clavos, y uno de ellos me lastimó el pie. La cortina del baño se caía constantemente, las cortinas de las ventanas estaban en muy mal estado y las áreas exteriores también estaban sucias. El alojamiento no se parece a las fotografías publicadas. Lo peor fue la falta de comunicación y el trato recibido. El precio no corresponde a las condiciones del departamento, especialmente si viajan con niños. Les recomiendo tener mucho cuidado y buscar otras opciones. En Palermo hay alojamientos mucho mejores. Por mi experiencia, no recomiendo este lugar.
