"We were looking for a property within walking distance of downtown and easy access to public transit. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. We don’t mind walking and it was a short walk to the light rail and monorail and also Pikes Market. The only problem was that 2 of the 3 elevators were broken and there could be a 30 min wait during busy times. We had heard from delivery people we met in the service elevator that they had been broken and down to one elevator for over 2 weeks. Other than that, I would recommend staying here and would stay again. We were very happy with our accommodations for our trip."
