Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and we'll kept. Covid has kept all functions of hotel from being open. Full breakfast is no grab n go, no pool, hot tub, or gym. Still not a bad place.
Sharia, at the front desk was wonderful. The shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and helpful.
Except for some maintenance and front desk female issues, everything was wonderful. Definitely I will comeback to this hotel.
My first room had a strong scent and bad energy. Thankfully the front desk staff changed my room across the building to a newer wing with an updated room. It was very spacious and clean and felt much better. Staff also helped shuttle me to the airport and unload my belongings onto a cart. Due to "covid" there is no breakfast or meal services, no pool or fitness. They have a grab n' go breakfast which consisted of packaged items, muffin, apple, egg or yogurt, and a small beverage. Not worth the extra cost.
It was very convenient that there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but the staff was very curt and fast on the phone when explaining the instructions for catching the shuttle. You can't call for the shuttle until you are waiting for it and can call the hotel with the location designation. Which means you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle once you get to the waiting spot, which was unclear. Then, I was supposed to have a 3:00 p.m. check in and there wasn't a room available for my room type. They said they would come and let me know when my room was available and I waited in the lobby for an hour before I went back to the front desk. My friend my room was still not available but then she called and it was immediately available. So I felt sort of forgotten while I was waiting. as I was checked in I was merely giving a key and pointed in the direction and later had to call for instructions to access the Wi-Fi because there are none located in the room. But the room was new and clean, and other staff experiences were fine, pleasant.
Outstanding place to stay while awaiting flights out of SEATAC Airport. Close by terminals, extremely clean and even meets my OCD standards:). Exceptionally comfortable firm beds and love the shower. Very basic but completely functional, quiet, and restful. The number one choice for my stays while traveling through SEATAC Airport.
The stay was fine, but it’s been three days and I’ve yet to receive my receipt / bill. I need to do expenses. How hard is it to email a request?
We really enjoy staying at this hotel while in Seattle. Normally it's amazing. However, during our most recent stay there were some extremely loud quests on the 3rd floor where we were staying. This was on Friday, February 12th. The hallway reaked of cigarette smoke. My daughter had surgery a few days earlier. We complained the next morning, and were told the party in question was there for a funeral, and we were supposed to be understanding.
Amazing
