We were traveling though and we spent one night. We had a large clean room. The gym was huge and had every kind of equipment. Highly recommended.

Very nice beautifully decorated 5 star hotel. Very good brand chain in Turkiye. Room was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff were excellent and friendly. Came from UK to visit Adana. We stayed there. Very different, very exquisite. Definitely recommend them.

8/10 Very good

The room cleanliness was OK, and the housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Spa, hamam, and the pool are clean but needs more attention with the service. Valet service is perfect and free of charge. The bed mattress needs an upgrade. It doesn't feel like one of those nice hotel beds. I would book it again for my next trip.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was very well maintained and looked as if it were a new building inside even though it probably was extremely new. The staff were very professional and helpful. We found a plate of fresh fruit with compliments from manager when returned to the room after an outing. The AC seemed a bit slow but after an hour or so the room was very comfortable. We left very early to catch a flight from the airport so we did not try their breakfast but it was not included. Parking was included generally but we had to pay 300 TL ~4-5 euros) for the valet. Not sure if there were other parking options but we only stayed the one day. There are some varied dining options within a comfortable walking distances. The neighborhood seemed safe.

6/10 Good

Within just eight hours of arriving, I encountered several issues. There was no complimentary water in my room, and the minibar had barely anything in it, apart from one energy drink. When I ordered a mixed toast because I had missed breakfast, I received a plain cheese toast instead. The order also took an unnecessarily long time to arrive. I asked reception to have the used plates removed while I was out, but they were still in my room when I returned. Basic amenities, including a toothbrush and hair conditioner, were also missing and had to be requested. The spa experience was equally disappointing. Although sauna and hammam facilities were advertised, I could not access the hammam as expected. I was told I had to wait because another guest was receiving a treatment. Bathrobes were also unavailable. Breakfast quality was another concern. Some food appeared as though it had been left out for too long, and the pancake I took at 6 a.m. was so hard that I could not eat it. I tried to be patient and understanding throughout these situations, but having to deal with so many small yet significant problems during such a short stay was frustrating. Overall, the service, food quality, and attention to basic guest needs fell below my expectations. I chose this hotel based on its online reviews, but unfortunately, my actual experience was very different. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of its services.

We only stayed for one night. The rooms are big and comfortable. The spa is very nice. The breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful. Only thing that was a issue was the aircondition placed above the bed. Not very smart.

2/10 Poor
