The room I booked was not available and the owner’s wife upgraded me for no extra charge. I was very impressed with her attitude to make things right. The bed was most comfortable that I have ever stayed in and the pillows were new.

What an amazing place and people. I stayed here for a week and then an unplanned 12 days more. It was amazing, the smaller village is cozy, traditional and filled with friendly people. I even had a local puppy named Lemon adopt me for my time there. Khanh and his family are spectacular. So nice and willing to help in any way they can. And Khanh’s cooking? Fogetaboutit. Phoenominal. I loved Cham Island and this homestay.

Cet hôtel pratique le surbooking ! Nous avions réservé 3 nuits sur le site hotels.com. A notre arrivée le propriétaire a prétendu qu'il n'avait pas notre réservation en nous montrant un listing où notre nom n'apparaissait pas (mais on ne savait pas de toute façon à quoi correspondait ce document). Face à notre mécontentement et après avoir rappelé qu'on avait réservé et payé, nous avons été logés pendant une nuit dans une sorte de garnison militaire. Le lendemain nous avons pu avoir notre chambre pour les 2 nuits restantes. Aucun dédommagement de la part du propriétaire, ni même un petit verre ou autre ! Après coup, nous avons lu les commentaires sur cet hotel et plusieurs relatent exactement le même scénario. Ce n'est donc pas un bug informatique mais systémique. Par ailleurs, sur les autres aspects du séjour, le propriétaire était plutôt sympathique.
