Great stay!
We had a great stay. We traveled to Texas for a family event and staff at this hotel made it easy to check in and out. It was clean, comfortable, and they had various amenities. They also had great breakfast and "happy hour" drinks and snacks.

Stay was great. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. I called for sheets for pullout couch and they came up to deliver. Most places I have stayed in will make you go downstairs to get what is needed. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Large and comfy rooms. Hotel convenient location. Restaurants are in walking distance.

Visit to Alamo Palms
The room was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, and glasses & mugs. They have the option to get a cook top from the front desk. The bed was comfortable, and even had down pillows. Breakfast was wonderful as well, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The stay was great its a brand new place, the only problem is the staff, the lady at the front desk was not very nice, she was hurrying everything up Even thou there was no other customer waiting, charged me twice for the security deposit even after i showed my credit card statement, i really think they need better training

Loved this hotel, and if we are in the area again, we will probably stay here. The pool being on the East side was not a great idea - it's in the shade for much of the day. However, other outdoor areas are great for relaxing. TV remotes leave something to be desired. After 4 nights at the hotel, I'm still not sure how to use them or even how to find the channels we like to watch. A TV guide in the room or a QR code to one we could see on our phones would have been helpful. Gorgeous building and rooms with a great breakfast!

Overall great experience. Was just in for a night I came across a room where carpet was soaking wet from ac leak. Ac was not great in one of the rooms leading to the wet carpet. Felt like it was not an issue having a double room with ac in each. But did feel the difference from one to the other room 201 to be exact.
