Great stay and lovely beach near the hotel! However, our entire family of 4 got sick during the stay. Assuming it had to do with the food. We had both breakfast and dinner included. Comfortable but after 4 days we were a bit ‘bored’ with the food. However, very friendly staff that I would rate 11/10 if possible…

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã é maravilhoso, a equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos, Carol e Joyce da recepção nos atendeu muito bem, o rapaz que tomar conta do café Ademar, (desculpe se errei o nome) ele foi muito atencioso, só agradecimento, estão todos de parabéns, a passagem para o complexo também é por conta do hotel, podíamos passar tranquilo e curtir também do outro lado.

Tudo perfeito; desde o momento da recepção aonde fomos muito bem recepcionados, a higiene de todo o ambiente, assim como o café da manhã e o atendimento na piscina perfeito também! Apenas a piscina muito rasa, não sei se por ser na cobertura tenha uma profundidade padrão! Mas esse ponto pra mim não inferioriza em nada o padrão 5 estrelas no hotel! Perfeito, parabéns!👏👏

Gostaria de registrar que nossa estadia foi muito boa e a experiência, de forma geral, foi positiva. No entanto, o jantar incluído no pacote de meia pensão deixou bastante a desejar e não correspondeu ao que foi contratado. A comida estava fria, havia poucas opções e a qualidade ficou abaixo do esperado. Por isso, não recomendo a compra do pacote de meia pensão. Na minha opinião, vale muito mais a pena pedir um prato individual do cardápio, que oferece melhor qualidade e uma experiência muito mais satisfatória.

As comodidades, a equipe, a limpeza e o café da manhã o bar da praia são muito bons. A única coisa que achei muito ruim foi a política de cobrança para o consumo de bebidas na área da piscina que não sejam compradas no hotel. Considero um absurdo cobrar uma taxa de R$ 15,00 até mesmo por uma garrafa de água adquirida fora do hotel. Além disso, em Jequiá da Praia, as opções se resumem praticamente às acomodações do hotel, à alimentação noturna e ao dia no complexo da Praia de Dunas de Marapé. Por isso, essa cobrança acaba sendo ainda mais inconveniente para os hóspedes.

Foi desagradável porque contratamos uma meia pensão e quando chegamos no hotel ele não nos forneceu o jantar, dizendo que não contratamos. Além disso a refeição estava ruim, com areia na salada e não servida da maneira do cardápio. Os funcionários não são treinados e o gerente é péssimo. Não voltaremos mais, nem indicaremos.

A ÚNICA COISA QUE NÃO GOSTEI FOI A MÚSICA ALTA NA ÁREA DO RESTAURANTE, BAR E PISCINA, POIS GOSTO DE UMA EXPERIÊNCIA com menos barulho. NÃO GOSTO de fazer refeições com música alta, e para piorar o repetório não é dos melhores, parace pagode. Um local tão lindo não precisa disso, gosto de milagres porque as pousada não colocam música, poi o silêncio é luxo e nobre.
