What a pleasant surprise to find Trilok Residency on my journey through India. My stay couldn't have been better. Akash helped me with everything before and during my stay, always eager to make sure I was comfortable. I will be forever grateful to him. The hotel is very well located and offers laundry service. The rooms are well-equipped with AC, bath towels and toiletries. My stay in intense Varanasi became much more peaceful thanks to Trilok Residency.

The hotel was in a great location, the centre of Varanasi, but up a narrow walk to get to it for a couple of minutes, with lots of animals, bikes and people. It is the heart of India so to be expected. The hotel manager and the 2 helpful lads who helped us get our cases, couldn’t do enough to help and was very informative.

뜨거운 물 너무 잘나오고 에어컨도 잘나오고 화장실도 깔끔했습니다. 메인가트 철수네 버니카페 짜이집 바바라씨 등등 모든곳이 가까워서 중간중간 숙소에 들어가 쉬기좋아요. 숙소가 메인도로 주변이 아니여서 시끄럽지 않아 잘 잤습니다. 조근조근 잘 설명해주시고 배려해 주셔서 기차 타기전까지 잘 있다가 갑니다. 다음에 또 바라나시오면 다시 꼭 방문하겠습니다.

The staff were exceptional and could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Varanasi is a hectic place but this hotel provided the perfect place to rest and make the most of the city. They provided lots of helpful advice to make the most of our stay. I recommend this place.

A unique hotel very close to the ghats, right in the heart of the winding alleyways of old Varanasi. Akash at the hotel reception is extremely helpful and provides a wealth of information. We really felt like he was looking after us. Varanasi, while extremely interesting, is quite chaotic. Trilok Residency is a great place to rest and regroup before diving back into the churning marvels of the city!

The hotel is boutique styled. Submerged (not literally) in lanes and alleyways. Close to all activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is walkable to the Dash Ghat so a great plus. But due its unique location you have to use a lot map reading skills to good use in order to locate it. The room itself is clean, confortable and lush. A little let down story is by the powerless shower. The bucket and scoop method is in fact better suited. Adi the host is a most personable bloke on this earth. Very obliging and constantly worrying not doing enough for his guests. He is always ready to order takeaway for you at short notice.

I must Thank manager Aditya and his staff who were very helpful starting from check-in to throughout our stay and there to support us 24x7. This place is very close and in walkable distance from main temples, ghats and food places.Felt like at home and had comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room we got was with a bedroom and huge living area.

If you want to be right in the middle of the action, this is the place to be. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to the Ganges River and the famous gates, making it incredibly easy to soak in the spiritual energy of Varanasi. Exceptional Service & Local Guidance The standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Because the property is located in a traditional area where cars are not allowed, navigating the narrow streets with luggage could have been a challenge. However, the team made it effortless: • Proactive Communication: They messaged me on WhatsApp the moment I arrived to coordinate a pickup. • Arrival Support: They met me exactly where my Uber dropped me off and helped carry my luggage to the hotel at no extra cost. • Personal Concierge: The person at the front desk was like a personal tour guide, constantly checking in via WhatsApp to ensure I wasn't having any trouble navigating the winding alleys. • Expert Advice: He gave me perfect advice on the best spots to visit and, more importantly, what to avoid, which is so helpful in a busy city like Varanasi. Accommodations The hotel has been recently renovated, and it shows. Everything felt fresh, updated, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. It provides a calm, modern oasis to retreat to after a busy day exploring the vibrant streets outside.

I had an excellent stay at Trilok Residency, Varanasi. Right from airport pickup, to sending staff to pick me up from the taxi dropoff point (since the hotel is in old Kashi, extremely close to Dashashwamedh Ghat, vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point), to ensuring I did not lack for anything, Mr. Aditya personally ensured that I had a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, he showed me available times Ann’s let me select the one I preferred. He was always available to help with any questions I may have. As a first time traveler to Varanasi, especially as a solo female, I could not have made a better choice in terms of accommodation. Rooms: very clean, spacious and an oasis of peace amidst the bustling streets of old Kashi. Location: Excellent! Steps to Dashashwamedh Ghat, walking distance to Baba Vishwanath temple with several famous food joints nearby. Once I got to the hotel, I was able to walk to the temple for multiple darshans, to the Dashashwamedh Ghat for Arati, to various other ghats, for food. I did not need a vehicle until I left. Staff: Very police and , always willing to help with anything. I felt extremely safe with them around. Owner/manager: Aditya is the real USP of this hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Her advised me on best transport options, inquired after my health, and even procured medicines when I came down with a cold. Whenever Baba Vishwanath calls me again to Varanasi, I will stay at Trilok Residency.
