A massive thank you to Mohammed and Mostafa for their outstanding hospitality—they truly made our experience unforgettable. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to the magnificent view of the Pyramids from the comfort of our own balcony. It was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. If I ever come back to Cairo, I will 100% be staying here again because I know I’ll be well looked after. "I requested the Sphinx view from my room and I got it. Everyone at the hotel did a great job making my stay there a very pleasant one and I truly appreciate it. The rooftop is a great place to hangout at night with the awesome view of the pyramids. They also offer free tea coffee and water. The view from my। room was simply out of the world but I don't think it's going to last long. There's a construction going on and I can tell that it's going to block the views. There's a free airport pickup service if you stay at the hotel for certain number if days. I Loved it. The gentleman who went to pick me up was very friendly and waited extra time for me as I had some issues with my luggage. He showed no frustration and insisted offered me drinks which I really appreciated. There are all kinds of restaurants, cafe, gift shops around the hotel. The free breakfast they have is just ok, nothing special about it. There is NO elevator service. Internet is ok."
