It was mine and my husband hunny moon and the hotel was amazing and such a wonderful place the staff were amazing to the manager at 139 pavilion and Islam the house keeper was just outstanding couldn't of ask for such a better place and will be back next year with rest of family

The Marriott Mena House is an excellent property to stay if proximity to the pyramids is a priority. The hotel was extremely clean and it smelled good throughout the entire hotel. I even went to the pool house restroom and that was in excellent condition. The staff service was TOP NOTCH. The cleaning crew were so polite, helpful and even shared their knowledge of this historic hotel. I stayed for my birthday and came back to my hotel room to find flowers, cake, and rose petals in the room. Talk about quality. Thank you Marriott for such a royal experience!!!

Best view, but hotel has lost much of it’s glam
The view cannot be beat, but this hotel has lost much of its old world glamour. I have stayed here before and it was like “Arabian Nights”. Now, it is still nice, but not quite 5-star quality like the Four Seasons or Waldorf Astoria. Room was not too clean and the robes and slippers are old and ratty. The food is always good and the spa is top notch…after the renovation of the original Mena Palace is complete and a few tweaks this hotel can be top-rated again.
