TOTAL SCAM We were left stranded outside the apartment with no access in a unfamiliar city in a foreign country. The host telephone number was disconnected and non of our chat messages were replied too. We had to make alternative arrangements. We have lodged the complaint with Hotels.com to try and recover our money. Which is still pending..... DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT
