We had an amazing family holiday at Katamaran, the resort was clean, extremely comfortable and the service was top notch, all the staff were so lovely! Breakfast was great with menu that changes and they will pack up a breakfast pack if you have to leave early for an excursion. Food at both the Kliff and Layar Restaurants were also great. The one improvement to make is the sea bikes that we rented - wasn’t cheap but really the bikes needed replacing, didn’t even have pedals!

Spent 8 nights in the hotel. Amazing property with lovely staff and a lot of facilities. Live coral reef in front of the hotel with easy access from the jetty stairs allows nice snorkeling, I hope the management will take care of protecting it. One of the very few hotels in Labuan Bajo with such an a rare gift.

Quiet, beautiful place overlooking the ocean. Top notch service, fantastic buffet breakfast and even a breakfast to go box if needed before a tour. Has a few free activities as well as watersport rentals. Good compact gym and nice pool areas.

Great luxury hotel

It’s a really great luxury hotel. Good rooms, nice pools and poolside cabanas. Amazing staff. Tasty food Downsides: it’s quite expensive vs other hotels in Indonesia. Also they hosted a BBQ each night that was very expensive, and the chicken served was not cooked through! Completely raw in the middle - so I’d avoid that and go to one of the other restaurants.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with amazing views of the ocean. The breakfast was divine! With so many good options. The staff are amazing and super friendly and supportive. Always available to help. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the house keeping staff left a really nice towel decoration on our bed. It was so cute. There are some really nice corals just around the hotel so great for snorkeling as well. Staying here was an amazing experience. Will 10/10 recommend

Wonderful hotel, still areas under construction (no noise noted ever). The toilet seat and around the sink hole were a little bit discoloured, but literally everything else about the property was perfection, very clean, absolutely lovely atmosphere. Incredible staff who truly pamper you. I had the most incredible stay and would likely go back if I returned to Labuan Bajo.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything you could want is available. Denis even made arrangements so we could have a packed breakfast since we had to leave earlier for our excursion. We stayed in the overwater villa watching sunset. It was perfection. Truly we didn't want to leave our villa. The hotel does have other lovely pools and chill areas. The restaurant served great food. Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment also available. Def would recommend and stay again.

This one of the most stunning hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible and food was fantastic. They have a location that is unequaled for its view. I know this post sounds a little fabricated, but i promise you it isn't. When we opened the drapes to our balcony my wife burst into tears over the view. If i had any negative comments it would be lack of entertainment during evening. But if you are going there to be romantic, who cares! 5 stars all the way!!

A very peaceful place!

This hotel just opened and has so much potential! The staff were really friendly (shoutout to Agnes on the front desk) and were a huge highlight. The rooms are facing the sunset - what a joy to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down after a day of snorkelling. The views are AMAZING!!!! Rooms are nice and big, very clean and modern - shower pressure is great and temperature is fantastic. The food was great, lots of options at the breakfast - and two pools to choose from. The hotel is less than a 10 minute taxi away from the airport (they can arrange a taxi for you - around 100k IDR one way). Also the activities down at the beach (kayaking, stand up padelling and snorkelling) are all free. That's great. A very peaceful place.

Hotel is beautiful, but still lacks basic customer service details. We inadvertently left our “do not disturb” on for entire day while we were diving, so no housekeeping came (understandably.) However when we asked for potable water, they never brought it, nor when I asked for housekeeping to come later they never did. Soap was out in women’s pool bathroom, and breakfast was meh; mostly Indonesian dishes and the pastries were stale. The location is great and the design of the hotel is stunning, so has potential once they get the details down.

Hotel is gorgeous, great view and amazing service. All staff were super kind and responsive. However for the price range, expectations are much higher and the hotel did not meet them. Im giving it 3 stars because of two main issues: -food in both restaurants wasnt good and overpriced. We tried each resto and had the same disappointing result. Food was either too sweet, too bland or just the wrong ingredients. Cocktails were not good either. Breakfast was excellent, though. -AC in the room wasnt working, and although they came to fix it, it is still not great that they didnt check the room before our arrival. Internet in the room didnt work either and someone had to install it in the individual devices. I hope it does improve in the future as the location and building itself are gorgeous. However, as it stands, value for money wise it's not there yet.

Ill start with first impressions. We booked an airport transfer through the hotel. We were met exactly on time. The shuttle was new and smelled great. We were handed a cool minty towel and a bottle of water when sat down snd headed to the hotel. 15m with little traffic. Compared to Bali it was a nice respite. Check in was smooth with a nice welcome drink and very friendly staff. The hotel is one big view. Anywhere you stand you have amazing views of the bay. Our room was clean, spacious and smelled like flowers. The next day we had a well organized tasty breakfast. Egg station, fruit bar, crepe/pancake/ waffle station, noodle. The pastry's were fresh and the croissant melted in your mouth. The gym has new up to date equipment and attended so fresh towels and water. The hotel itself is spotless. The pool is perfectly located with a swim up bar. The kids pool is separate and away so mellow with nice music that was just the volume. It was the staff that put the cherry on top. So nice and genuinely warm. Very professional and attentive. The restaurant on site was top notch like the entire program. Thanks for such a great experience.
