チェックインで詰まった。日本人ですけど。 もらったプレゼントはすぐに紐がほどけるし、朝の荷物預かりの説明や、施設内の説明なし。 ユニバに近いから良いものの、そうでなければ、わざわざ泊まるホテルではない。 外国の方への対応に慣れてるのか、日本人の私には満足度は低い。

0歳の子連れ、ユニバで遊んだ後疲れて帰ったら フロントでもらった鍵が開かない。 フロントに連絡しても5分以上部屋の前で待たされる。 子供がいるのにかわいそうでしかなかった。 やっとゆっくり出来ると思って、お風呂に入ったら生乾きの臭い。上を見たら換気扇がここ何年も掃除してないのかというくらいのホコリのたまり様。 これでデラックスルーム？最悪でした。
