The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was just meh, the menu could be more varied especially breakfast. We loved the rooftop restaurant for the view and atmosphere. Paid for the best room — at least that’s how it was marketed. The rug and the furniture were worn and stained. It was disgusting. The rooftop pool was tiny. There was only seating for a few people at the pool. Having traveled over a dozen times to Cartagena the past 25 years and almost always liking the accommodation, I was shocked that this hotel is marketed as a luxury hotel. It is a dump.
