Smoketree Lodge
"It was clean and cozy, and a really good price. My only negative was it took a long time to cool off Please leave the AC on next time. Other than that total 5 stars, a great value."
Heritage Hill Cabins
"The Heritage Cabin was a very nice rental. Location was in the heart of Valle Crucis, close to Boone and Banner Elk. The cabin is furnished nicely, comfortable beds and beautiful porch overlooking the mountains. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the fact that there was no WiFi in the cabin which made phone calls and internet difficult. Also many rather steep steps to get up to the cabin from parking area, so be aware of that. Otherwise it is a lovely cabin in the mountains."
