Staff are friendly and really helpful. At dinner staff are fast to clear tables and keep drinks flowing. We stayed half board and both selections were outstanding. The biggest pastry selection I’d ever seen. Dinner was excellent. All food was fresh and replenished quickly.

This hotel never fails to deliver. From the warm welcome to the moment you leave. The hotel has everything. The staff cannot do enough for you. Our waiter Jinsen was so attentive and enjoyed making sure every visit to the restaurant was great. Michael who serviced our room had such attention to detail. There’s was nothing out of place, even noticing it was our anniversary by the cards we opened and left us a surprise on our return. We will certainly return to this hotel. Incredible experience

I would suggest giving out every family a map of the resort and the park. It would be helpful to organize the stay and maximize use of the amenities and have a memorable thing for the kids to keep One thing to improve is the super hot tiles outside in the park…
