Poor communication. Employees are poor in speaking English. The location is not great. You have to call up a taxi otherwise no way to move. Food is horrible no varities. Have to eat kebab daily. Rezervasyon yaparken açık büfe kahvaltı olarak belirtilmesine ve sözleşmede de açık bir şekilde açık büfe kahvaltı denmesine rağmen serpem kahvaltı verildi. Gerekçesi de açık büfe sadece yoğun günlerde veriliyormuş. Tüketici hakem heyetine gerekli başvuruyu yaptım zaten ama bu müşteriye vaad edilen hizmetin sunulmaması demek. Ayrıca odamız deluxe bungalow olarak adlandırılmasına rağmen odanın kalitesi ve konforu çok kötüydü. Banyoda banyo havlularını asacak askı yoktu. Kapının üzerine sermek zorunda kaldık. TV, odun sobası ve koltuğun konumlandırılması çok kullanışsız. Hiç düşünülmeden sadece odada olsun için koyulmuş. Ayrıca odada ceket/ kaban koyabileceğim bir dolap/ gardrop olmadığı gibi asabileceğim bir askılım bile yoktu. Koltukların üzerine koymak zorunda kaldık kabanları. Üst kattaki yatak odası da çok dar, yatağa girerken ve çıkarken tavana ve duvarlara çarpmamak için özel bir çaba gösterilmesi gerekiyor. Buraya ait tek güzel şey tüm çalışanların güleryüzlü ve yardımsever olmalarıydı. Bunun dışında maalesef kötü bir deneyim oldu. Tavsiye etmem.

Fiyat performans olarak düşük bir otel. İki gün kaldım $325 verdim, asla değmedi. Öncellikle oda soğuktu ve yüksek sesli bir klimayla ısınıyor bir tek.
