Lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet hotel walking distance to the falls and skylon tower Wonderful delicious fresh breakfast and dinner in their restaurant. This hotel is in a perfect location for seeing sights at the falls. Skylon tower is a short walk thru the parking lot. Parking is very easy, short walk down to the American falls. And then walk in either direction to the city boat cruise entrance which include zip line or opposite direction to falls visitor center

Close to walk to Niagara Falls for fireworks at night. The front desk staff were so nice and kind. I have an unexpected issue (clogged toilet), the maintenance came and solve the problem quick. The Parking was still available after checking out until 4pm.
