We checked in, found roaches crawling, blood stains on the sheets and there were sketchy people walking around and long term clients living there. We didn’t feel safe. Requested a refund at the front desk, they said we had to go through hotels.com. Called hotels.com, finally spoke to someone who told us it was too late to get a refund because it was now after 4pm. The hotel.com service agent, put me on hold and said he was going to talk to the front desk worker from the hotel, then came back on the phone to say sorry, we can’t refund your 3rooms your not staying in for the night. said they would give me a credit of $70 for my next stay using hotels.com. So I lost over $500.
I went back to the front desk, spoke to Harry who stated hotels.com never called the front desk.
This was a huge nightmare and money down the drain

Our Lyft guy picked us up and stated to be careful of bed bugs and the people around the hotel. Very sketchy
