Great experience! Loved this hotel! Check in was easy and staff very professional and helpful, from valet to front desk to restaurant. They were fantastic. Restaurant eas a great option with good food and wine selection. We ate there a few times, in addition to the great breakfast buffet. Location was convenient to everything, a short taxi. The hotel and the room we had were beautiful. However, we had an issue with our toilet (not flushing, just running water) one second night there. We had a request placed that evening to have it fixed but it didn’t get fixed till later that day due to the complexity. As a result; we had to use the lobby bathroom in the interim. I’m sure this issue was a one-off for the hotel, nevertheless, it would have been great if the ordeal was met with a little more seriousness.

Excellent hotel on a leafy avenue
We loved this hotel on a quiet leafy street, easy walking distance from the busy old town. Our junior suite was magnificent. Breakfast buffet was great. Best of all, every member of staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere in this well run hotel.

We loved our room at beautiful Melia Genova. It was spacious with a lot of storage space, sitting area, desk, walk in closet and huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent. Everyone was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Melia again!
